Factions

In total, there are seven main forces in the universe of the Outer World:

Galactic Conglomerate

Galactic Conglomerate is an association of empires of humans, dwarves, elves, orcs and relatively few representatives of beastmorphs and technomorphs. Basically, there is a military system. They are technologically advanced, but the last few hundred years have seen stagnation in technological progress.

Most of the resources are deposited in the central systems of empires, which creates inequality.

At a fundamental level, a class system is used.

Relationship with:

Freeones

Freeones is an association of scientists, explorers, and adventurers whose common goal is exploration and balance.

The expansion of the boundaries of the known universe, the exploration of ancient technologies left behind by extinct races, the study of the flora and fauna of inhabited planets, new discoveries at the forefront of scientific progress - all this, and not only this, refers to the free.

Also, as a neutral party, they have the rights and obligations to resolve conflicts.

Freeones is a fairly technological community that actively uses its own and found technologies in everyday life.

Knowing about the existence of mystical energies, Freeones actively reject the idea of using them in their technologies - too unstable and "ephemeral" a force that has repeatedly led to catastrophes of mind-boggling proportions.

The youngest association, which has barely reached the age of 300, but has achieved significant success during this time.

They showed the opportunity to stand up for themselves by clashing with the fleet of the Galactic Confederation together with hired pirates and winning. After that, there were repeated attempts to "put upstarts in their place," but more often they were unsuccessful than successful, because GK entered into a trade alliance with the Free to supply technology and up-to-date information on discoveries.

Freeones include some groups of humanoids, some of the technomorphs, as well as a significant part of the beastmorphs.

Relationship with:

Pirates

Pirates, most often, are former residents of GC, who were not satisfied with their own fate and injustice towards them.

They are represented by various peoples of the confederation, as well as the main part of the dendromorphs.

The pirates' territory is divided into sectors belonging to certain groups. There is rarely any cohesion between all groups among pirates.

Biomorphs

Many intelligent people are trying to find, understand and overcome natural boundaries. The limits of power. Boundaries of consciousness. The boundaries of being. The boundaries of space-time. The borders... humanity. The boundaries of reason.

And one race, now forgotten over the years, was able to break them. The result... exceeded all their mental and inconceivable expectations. They have changed themselves. They have become the highest manifestation of Life. Biomorphs. Adaptive creatures that can adapt to any environmental conditions, just give them time. Whether it's the depths of the sea, the inferno of magma, or the all-encompassing void of space. They can change their bodies as they please, but most of the time they are gelatinous lumps of living flesh, driven by Hunger.

Everyone who disagreed with the fact of the existence of biomorphs was absorbed, their home planet was cleansed of any other organisms and transformed into a Hive, and the collective consciousness was born at that moment.

This was the beginning of a threat comparable only to Necrols. Biomorphs have not had a good relationship with necrols since they met each other: the flesh of the dead, soaked in necro-energy, is poorly suited for consumption by living flesh. Necrols, in turn, require too much effort and time to recover after clearing the nests of biomorphs. They're not good at drawing energy, because biomorphs don't have souls.
